The project
A dedicated, AI-powered Learning Management System built for Global Gateway Career Academy's travel and tourism training program — covering 11 core modules and 227 slides across a 6-month curriculum, with a Gemini-backed course assistant sitting directly over the academy's own content, structured slide-wise navigation, progress tracking, and PDF export, all behind secure OAuth sign-in.
Type: Web App + AI Solution. Built in 20 days, live at admin.globalgateway.in. Tech: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Google Gemini, OAuth.
Key features
- JSON-Driven Parser Engine: Course content is authored in a defined JSON format and automatically parsed into fully formatted modules — slides, infographics, tables, and navigation included — with no manual rebuilding per module
- AI Course Assistant: A Gemini-powered assistant sits directly over the academy's own 11-module knowledge base, answering student and staff questions with cited sources scoped strictly to the real course content
- Progress Tracking & PDF Export: Slide-wise navigation with per-module progress bars across all 227 slides, quizzes to reinforce learning, and section-selectable PDF export for offline, shareable study material
Results
Global Gateway Career Academy replaced scattered course material and manual tracking with a single, purpose-built LMS serving a classroom of 100+ students across its full 6-month, 11-module program. Students and staff can now ask the built-in AI assistant a direct question about any module and get an answer sourced straight from the academy's own content, instead of digging through slides. Progress tracking per student per module gave the academy visibility it never had before, and the parser-engine architecture means new or updated course content can be dropped in as structured JSON and published as a fully formatted module without custom rebuild work. The entire platform was scoped, built, and shipped in 20 days.
We already knew Infnai from our website, so when we needed something for our actual classroom, a proper LMS, it made sense to go back to them. What they built fits our course exactly, not some generic template we had to force our content into. The AI assistant has genuinely cut down on repetitive questions; students just ask it instead of messaging us. And being able to track where each of our 100-plus students actually stands in the course is something we just couldn't do before. Twenty days for all of that felt fast, honestly.
